Annual HOA Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on October 21, 2025 at 6:00pm. The Annual Meeting will be held at the St. Lucie Trail Golf Club located at 951 SW Country Club Drive, Port Saint Lucie FL 34986. Please note that there will be two (2) meetings scheduled for October 21, 2025: (1) the Annual Meeting, and (2) the Board of Directors Organizational Meeting. Enclosed, please find the notice and agenda for these meetings.

As you were previously notified, the Association's By-Laws require that any eligible person who desired to be a candidate for the Board of Directors provide written notice to the Association of his or her intent to run not less than forty (40) days prior to the scheduled election. In response to this deadline, seven(7) candidates provided notice that they wish to run for election to the Board of Directors. As we received notice from seven (7) candidates for the five (5) available Board of Directors positions, it will be necessary to conduct an election through balloting. Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Association, there shall be only one (1) vote for each Home. Any person or entity owning more than one (1) Home shall be entitled to cast the aggregate number of votes attributable to all Homes owned. The results of such election will be announced at the Annual Meeting. Enclosed, please find your Ballot for the election.

HOA Meeting

The Association will be holding a “Meet the Candidates Night” via Zoom on Wednesday, October 9, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Seven (7) candidates will serve as panelists and be visible on screen, while homeowners will attend as viewers (off-screen). Management will moderate and run the meeting.

To ensure a fair and efficient session, the following process will be followed:

  • Homeowners may submit up to two (2) questions per household.

  • All question submissions must be titled “Meet the Candidate Questions” and include the name and address of the household.

  • Questions must be submitted via email to coppercreekmanager@campbellproperty.com no later than 4:30 PM on October 9, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

  • Management will randomly select and ask six (6) questions from the pool of submitted questions during the meeting.

Meeting Format:

  • Each candidate will have 1 minute to introduce themselves, sharing their background and relevant experience.

  • Each candidate will have 1 minute to respond to each question.

  • A total of six (6) questions will be asked, and all candidates will respond to the same set.

  • Each candidate will be given 1 minute for a closing statement.
