The Association will be holding a “Meet the Candidates Night” via Zoom on Wednesday, October 9, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Seven (7) candidates will serve as panelists and be visible on screen, while homeowners will attend as viewers (off-screen). Management will moderate and run the meeting.
To ensure a fair and efficient session, the following process will be followed:
Homeowners may submit up to two (2) questions per household.
All question submissions must be titled “Meet the Candidate Questions” and include the name and address of the household.
Questions must be submitted via email to coppercreekmanager@campbellproperty.com no later than 4:30 PM on October 9, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
Management will randomly select and ask six (6) questions from the pool of submitted questions during the meeting.
Meeting Format:
Each candidate will have 1 minute to introduce themselves, sharing their background and relevant experience.
Each candidate will have 1 minute to respond to each question.
A total of six (6) questions will be asked, and all candidates will respond to the same set.
Each candidate will be given 1 minute for a closing statement.
