The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on October 21, 2025 at 6:00pm. The Annual Meeting will be held at the St. Lucie Trail Golf Club located at 951 SW Country Club Drive, Port Saint Lucie FL 34986. Please note that there will be two (2) meetings scheduled for October 21, 2025: (1) the Annual Meeting, and (2) the Board of Directors Organizational Meeting. As you were previously notified, the Association's By-Laws require that any eligible person who desired to be a candidate for the Board of Directors provide written notice to the Association of his or her intent to run not less than forty (40) days prior to the scheduled election. In response to this deadline, seven(7) candidates provided notice that they wish to run for election to the Board of Directors. As we received notice from seven (7) candidates for the five (5) available Board of Directors positions, it will be necessary to conduct an election through balloting. Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Association, there shall be only one (1) vote for each Home. Any person or entity owning more than one (1) Home shall be entitled to cast the aggregate number of votes attributable to all Homes owned. The results of such election will be announced at the Annual Meeting. Enclosed, please find your Ballot for the election.
